  1. Prepare 150 grams of flour.
  2. Prepare 1/2 tsp of baking powder.
  3. You need 1 pinch of salt.
  4. Prepare 250 grams of brown sugar.
  5. It's 400 grams of oatmeal.
  6. It's 100 grams of chopped walnuts or hazelnuts.
  7. It's 100 grams of coarsely chopped chocolate.
  8. You need 1 tsp of vanilla sugar.
  9. It's 100 ml of oil.
  10. You need 50 ml of water.

Oatmeal cookies with nuts & chocolate instructions

  1. Put flour, baking powder, salt, brown sugar, oatmeal, nuts, chocolate and vanilla sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add the water and oil and mix it all together thoroughly.
  3. form the cookies and place them on a baking plate with 5 cm between each.
  4. Bake in oven at 347°F for 10 minutes or until they become light brown.
  5. Take out and let them cool for about 5-10 minutes.
