Ingredients of Oatmeal cookies with nuts & chocolate
- Prepare 150 grams of flour.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of baking powder.
- You need 1 pinch of salt.
- Prepare 250 grams of brown sugar.
- It's 400 grams of oatmeal.
- It's 100 grams of chopped walnuts or hazelnuts.
- It's 100 grams of coarsely chopped chocolate.
- You need 1 tsp of vanilla sugar.
- It's 100 ml of oil.
- You need 50 ml of water.

Oatmeal cookies with nuts & chocolate instructions
- Put flour, baking powder, salt, brown sugar, oatmeal, nuts, chocolate and vanilla sugar in a bowl.
- Add the water and oil and mix it all together thoroughly.
- form the cookies and place them on a baking plate with 5 cm between each.
- Bake in oven at 347°F for 10 minutes or until they become light brown.
- Take out and let them cool for about 5-10 minutes.
